OENOLOGICAL CONSULTING My main activity is to assist producers and winemakers in making the best wines according to their vision and market demand. In the past 9 years I have been active as an oenological adviser in Italy, New Zealand, Crimea, Moldavia and Romania. I worked strongly in Prosecco’s area for sparkling wine producers throughout the entire vinification process: from the vinification of base wine up to the bottling of the sparkling wine. I have a wide range of experience and knowledge on any winemaking styles that can better express the terroir. I have closely assisted small producers on the artisanal production and big cooperative on mass scale volume wines. I have gained my diploma at G.B Cerletti wine making school of Conegliano (98/100) and my degree at the Udine University of viticulture and oenology (110/110 cum laude). I am a fully qualified oenologist consultant on conventional-classic vinification techniques and on more sophisticated-unique production based on spontaneous fermentation such as Amphorae fermentation whit long maceration, Charmat and classic method, Sur Lie wines and pet nat.
