CATALOG LISTINGS are published directly by advertisers. This space is exclusively reserved for manufacturers who wish to showcase their latest or most representative products, allowing users to contact them during their search for specific machinery.

SECURE PURCHASE FORMULA

The “Secure Purchase Formula”, applied to managed listings, not only offers a guarantee provided by the seller but also ensures the reliability of the asset, making the transaction concrete and secure by filtering out time-wasting inquiries and offers, and supporting it with the resale agreement (on request, this includes the resale of the purchased machinery within 24 months with a maximum reduction of 30% on the paid price, or a possible trade-in).

This exclusive formula, applied only to managed listings, enhances the credibility of the showcased machinery, offering greater security to both parties in the transaction. If the interested party demonstrates interest in purchasing based on the details provided in the product sheet, they must make a reservation with the option to propose their own valuation (available only to registered users). This document gives the customer eight days to verify that the product matches the conditions stated by the owner and published. If the actual condition of the asset does not match the declared specifications, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and receive a 100% refund of any expenses incurred during negotiations (e.g., travel expenses, etc.). If the conditions match the offer, the purchase must be completed with the payment of an 8% commission or as stipulated based on their registration.

It should be noted that managed listings originating from auctions, liquidations, or directly from the owner are published following a procurement agreement signed by the seller, who provides their technical and legal guarantees regarding the availability of the asset and the requested price.
