- Filtering unit: Drum coated with AISI 316 wire mesh. Rotation system with hollow-shaft gear reducer and worm screw in oil bath, coupled with a variable speed drive. - Container tank: Built in AISI 304 stainless steel, reinforced with external profiles. Diffuser for optimal product distribution. Fittings for product inlet and bottom discharge. System for adjusting the drum immersion level. - Sediment cutting device: Steel blade that continuously removes the sediment layer from the filtering panel. Gearmotor mechanism controlled by inverter for precise and continuous cutting. - Filter cloth: Made of AISI 316 stainless steel, supported by a drainage grid in AISI 304 stainless steel. - Filtrate extraction system: AISI 304 stainless steel pump installed inside the drum to prevent oxidation and ensure hygiene during the filtration process. - Diatomaceous earth preparation device: AISI 304 stainless steel tank with mixing nozzles and centrifugal pump for pre-coat preparation. - Feeding unit: Self-priming AISI 304 stainless steel pump for transferring the product to be filtered into the tank. - Vacuum station: Liquid ring pump with AISI 304 stainless steel impeller, mounted on the feed tank to create the vacuum required for filtration. - Control panel: Complete automation system with switches, control buttons, alarms, and contactors for all electrical equipment. - Filtering surface: 20 m² - Dosing unit capacity: 3000 L
