The dispenser's operation is managed by a PLC that synchronizes its functions with the movements of the capper. It is equipped with a photocell to detect cap presence. • Shrink cap head – With a power of 1.6 kW, a large irradiation surface, and precise temperature regulation (readable on display) to prevent burns and breakages. A high-quality shrink cap and proper cap-to-bottle pairing are necessary for optimal shrink capping. • Label and back-label station in stainless steel – The height adjustment support slides on self-lubricating bushings and features a height indicator. The stepper motor ensures a positioning accuracy of ±1 mm. The paper path is clearly marked on the station, facilitating label replacement. The roll rotates on bearings, and rewinding is done with a clutch to maintain constant paper tension. The peeling blade is made of mirror-polished stainless steel to reduce friction and wear. The adjustable pressure on the feed roller, balanced with the brake for roll inertia, ensures constant paper tension, allowing for precise and reliable photocell reading. The third station is suitable for applying self-adhesive or double-sided neck bands, seals, medallions, sparkling wine collars, or secondary back labels. • Bottle push carriage and rotation roller – A capacitive proximity sensor detects the presence of the bottle, and the carriage pushes the bottle against the rotation roller for label smoothing. The highly robust push carriage slides on ball recirculation bushings and is adjustable with a double inclination to label bottles with a conicity of up to 1.5°.
