Pressure chamber filter with horizontal discs, useful for roughing musts, filtering lees or polishing wines when used with pink fossil flours (the finest, with great retention capacity).
The machine uses the pre-panel and continuous flooding filtration method: in this way, the filtering surface is constantly renewed, drastically reducing the risk of clogging.
