Description
MERCURY 4 TANK with dosing rollers
- Made of AISI 304 steel;
- Two helical rollers are mounted above the auger for the entire length of the tank. They support the weight of the grapes and dose their fall in a constant quantity onto the auger. They operate via a variable speed motor that determines the rotation speed, and consequently manages the hourly flow rate of the grapes;
- The low rotation speed (from 1 to 5 revolutions per minute) allows the grapes to be translated without suffering violent lacerations or mistreatment that would compromise their organoleptic qualities;
- The auger is housed in the lower part of the conveyor.
