DHEA 32 USED YEAR 2007 overhauled in the factory, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel on wheels, with the following characteristics: - Closed tank capacity of approximately 32 Hl in Aisi 304 stainless steel to be able to carry out, in addition to normal pressing, macerations under an inert gas atmosphere, macerations in red with or without oxygenation, carbonic maceration for new wines and cold maceration for white wines. - Elastic central membrane in non-toxic food-grade rubber combined with the closed tank to exploit its entire circumference as a draining surface, thus reducing pressing times to a minimum and consequently energy consumption. This combination is PATENTED. - Working pressures of up to 1.2 atmospheres which are much lower than presses with a diametrical membrane, to increase the quality of the extracted musts. - Draining elements in Aisi 304 stainless steel arranged on 360° inside the tank and not only on the semi-circumference, which can be opened and easily inspected to facilitate cleaning operations of the machine. - Variable configuration during the processing phases to obtain maximum performance from the press at every moment of the work cycle, thus reducing pressing times to a minimum and consequently energy consumption. This system is PATENTED. - Loading and pressing phases with the press inclined towards the must collection tank to accelerate the must exit and optimize the load, without the need for a double or triple door, reducing to a minimum the rotations necessary for a good distribution of the load with consequent better quality. - Crumbing and pressure taking phases with the horizontal press to guarantee a perfect ring distribution of the material to be pressed on the entire circumference of the tank, so as to always use the entire available draining surface. - Unloading phase with press inclined towards the pneumatic door to obtain a fast and complete unloading without the aid of a double or triple door or helical elements inside the tank. - Manually opened loading and unloading door positioned laterally to the cylinder and not centrally. This solution, combined with the variable configuration of the press, makes the creation of a double door completely unnecessary even if you want to load whole grapes. - Must collection tank in Aisi 304 stainless steel with quick coupling and uncoupling. - Lateral must collection gutters anchored to the frame by means of a quick coupling, perfectly connected to the outlet nozzles in order to avoid any possibility of splashes. They are completely removable with a simple gesture in order to facilitate cleaning operations. - Aisi 304 stainless steel valve for axial loading with Garolla 100 outlet in order to reduce friction on the product. - Built-in air compressor, self-braking gearmotor, pinion, crown and chain for tank rotation. - CE standard programming panel for easy and intuitive use with six pre-set programs and the possibility of using an electronic keyboard to introduce all the variables that the user deems appropriate.
