The machine is mounted on a sturdy carbon steel frame whose upper part is covered in stainless steel.
It consists of:
- stainless steel support uprights;
- removable lower stainless steel covers;
- large plexiglass doors equipped with safety switches to block the machine when opened;
- anti-opening door block with pressurized bottles;
- adjustable feet;
- chain conveyor belt for automatic handling of bottles. Towing excluded.
- width-adjustable conveyor belt guides;
- optional table for towing and accumulating full bottles;
- the frame is designed to also house the cage distribution and closing system for sparkling wines in the future;
- inert gas injection station into the bottle before filling (this function can be activated or deactivated);
