The press that finally guarantees the same quality of the wine produced in the winemaker.
Machine of great sturdiness and easy control made up of a supporting structure in high resistance steel. It is equipped with a large diameter hydraulic piston which allows uniform pressure on the pressing plate, guaranteeing self-filtration of the liquid through the pomace and at the same time avoiding the formation of splashes towards the outside.
The pomace containment cage is made of stainless steel with slots that prevent the leakage of grape seeds and peels and is externally protected by a transparent accident-prevention cylinder. To allow the extraction of the pressed pomace, the cage and the protective cylinder are lifted simultaneously by two hydraulic pistons.
