The THECA-SA Semiautomatic Capsuling Machine is dedicated to small bottling companies
which require a production volume of up to 600 bottles per hour *.
(* The actual production volume of a semi-automatic machine is directly
influenced by the dexterity of the operator who uses it).
The machine consists of a base equipped with a turret with heads
interchangeable to be used according to the type of capsule to be packaged. Thanks to
height adjustment, it is possible to quickly change the size of the
bottle.
This capper represents an effective solution for those who have to affix capsules of
various types on glass containers of products such as still wine, sparkling wine, wine
sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, cider, oil, vinegar and kombucha.
The capsules are fed manually on the bottle.
Its operation is exclusively pneumatic and therefore does not require current but
compressed air only. In fact, the capsules are applied through 2 membranes
pneumatic (the first fold while the second smooth) with vertical movement of the
turret.
The work cycle begins by placing the bottle on a surface, after which the operator will place
by hand the capsule on the bottle (the machine does not have automatic distribution) and through
2-hand control the work cycle starts; when the operation ends, the
the machine stops automatically and no parts remain in motion.
The machine is mounted on a steel-coated base and includes a protection
front, making the machine free of dangers and protecting against any accidents caused
from breakages.
All the components of the machine can be easily inspected to make them easier
cleaning and maintenance operations ensuring a long life.
