De Franceschi model Sp 55 press for the "soft" pressing of grapes, totally in stainless steel, load capacity of 50 quintals of whole grapes and about 130 quintals of de-stemmed grapes;
automatic system with 3 adjustable time cycles of pressing;
pneumatic system for inflating the sheet for pressing;
automatic pomace unloading system by means of a hatch;
must conveying system by means of a stainless steel tank incorporated in the structure;
water car wash system of the micro-perforated rotating tank.
Electrical panel and hydraulic connections included.
