The monoblock in question was designed by our engineers (PATENT No. 102019000001875) to meet the needs of small / medium producers of Edible Liquids.
A single operator can operate the machine by loading the empty containers on the left side of the conveyor and unloading them filled and capped from the final conveyor shelf on the right side.
The machine has been specially designed for the customer segment that requires numerous format changes as the changeover operations are very fast and do not require spare parts, therefore ideal for the production of small and medium product batches.
To guarantee a high level of process quality, the RTAE is equipped as an OPTIONAL with a pre-capped antioxidant gas (NITROGEN) insufflation system.
The RTAE adopts an automatic electric cork dispenser as standard.
The product feeding system to the machine takes place directly from our tank placed above the 4 filling spouts; the tank in question is equipped with an electronic probe that regulates the level of the product and controls any electric power supply pump (Excluded from the supply, max 0.5 kW).
If the liquid used is Beer, the level probe directly controls a pneumatic solenoid valve for filling the tank (Included in the supply).
The processes are controlled via a standard touch screen display, with the possibility of adapting to the technology for Industry 4.0 (Optional).
