My career has developed in the agri-food sector, with a strong specialization in viticulture and oenology, fields in which I have been working for over twenty years. I have held both technical and managerial roles, including Wine Quality Manager, Cellar Production Planning Manager, and Staff Training Coordinator. Currently, I am also responsible for the wine department sales budget and the management of the quality system within the retail division.
I hold the title of Oenologist pursuant to Law 129/1991 and have obtained certifications recognized by Cepas-Bureau Veritas, including Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Internal Auditor BRCGS, IFS, GlobalG.A.P. Additionally, I am completing a Master’s in Food Certifications at Next Talent Academy, which demonstrates my ongoing commitment to professional development.
My vision is oriented toward continuous improvement, sustainable transformation of the agri-food sector, and the enhancement of local productions.
