SURFACE FINISH

These finishes are guaranteed with adhesive plastic film protection before starting any process.

WELDINGS
The welds are performed with automatic and manual T.I.G. with protection of inert gas (Argon) from
both sides of the joint, fully penetrated, pickled and passivated with external natural cords. Grinding e
satin finish of the internal natural heels. Flattening of the plating welds by cold rolling for
facilitate cleaning and sanitization.

STRUCTURE
Structure suitable to withstand a capacity of 300 hl with a density of 1.1 kg / dm3.

COMPONENTS
- N ° 5 pyramidal support feet obtained from bent sheet metal in AISI304, equipped with AISI304 adjustable feet
with thread and plate Ø150 AISI304 for floor support.
