Ideal for all types of wines, it is made with an open structure that allows maximum draining surface and equipped with a central tubular membrane in non-toxic material which performs uniform pressing on the entire internal part of the drum. The product collection tray in stainless steel with 80 G connection slides along the side members to allow easy movement.

The stainless steel drum is perforated on the entire surface to obtain a real 360 ° dripping.

These solutions reduce the total pressing time by up to 50%, guaranteeing the highest quality of the products obtained. In fact, a few pressing and crumbling cycles are necessary, even with low working pressures, and it is possible to work in a continuous cycle, avoiding long interruptions, all for a soft and delicate pressing with minimal movement of raw materials.

Controlled by a manual / automatic and programmable control system, thanks to the control panel and the on-board electronic control unit (PLC).
