I am a winemaker born in Piemonte and resident in Friuli. My education began with a degree in chemical engineering at the University of Bologna and continued with a second degree in viticulture and enology at the University of Udine. I gained experience in all practical and technical areas of a winery first in Tuscany, then in Argentina and finally in Friuli. I am currently the winemaker and farmer of the Aquila del Torre Estate, located in the northernmost part of the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC.
