Built entirely of stainless steel including bearing structure and complete with a device for maceration, swivel arm with the control terminal, a filling opening hatch 390x810 mm, the wort outflow towards the opposite side to the engine, full fairing only for a door 550x800 mm, DIN 100 axially connected with Quetsch valve and overpressure protection with inert gas option.
