Feauteres of the bottler MBF Synchrofill mod. 1200-95-25 LV-360-4R SX: automatic unit low vacuum, for rinsing, filling and capping of flat products such as water, wine, spirits, liquors and juices.
The machine is composed by:
- rinsing machine no. 25 fixed nozzle pliers - Rinsmatic,
- filling machine no. 25 valves - Fillmatic,
- Capping 4 heads for flat cork - Corkmati.

Machine support frame, welded steel structure, sandblasted and protected by several epoxy coats, completely covered in stainless steel. Within the chassis are accommodated the mechanical mechanisms that drive the rotation of the machine, widely sized electric motor, controlled by frequency inverter (inverter); manual lubrication with grease nipples. The static parts greases are picked up on an easy access block; Stainless steel electric panel, located at the side of the machine and complete with electromechanics, control panel and analogue pressure gauges.

The machine has 3 gearbox Full size bottle 0.375 L, 0.75 L bottle and bottle of 1.5 L.
