The passion for wine began when I was still a child influenced my study from high school to university, precisely choosing the field of viticulture and enology. Instead the desire to discover new realities and to grow professionally, led me to make experiences around the world: United States, New Zealand, Australia, England, Tuscany, Veneto, Emilia Romagna and of course in Sicily. Now after many wonderful experiences in leading companies, I decided to be part of the Uva Sapiens consulting project, always with the awareness that in the wine world you never stop experimenting and learning.
