Since I was young I've always been passioned in good food, wine and its production processes. In 2006 I've obtained a Bachelor degree in “Food Science” and moved to Spain for one year (Erasmus Project). In 2008 I've completed my Master Degree in “Food Science and Nutrition” and between 2008 and 2010 I got the certificates as olive oil and wines tester. In December 2011, when I was working as event planner & sales wines agent, I've also obteined another Bachelor, in “Viticulture and Winemaking”, and two years after I started to write on my blog (CulturAgroalimentare.com), making videos and review of restaurants, wines, discussing topics about foods. Nowadays I have thousands of followers on my Facebook page and on Instagram too. In January 2014 I became a Sommelier (for Italian Association of Sommeliers) and started working as a Freelance. In August 2015, I moved to Norway, in 2016 I published my first book about sensory analysis of wines and in 2019 I completed the first barman level course. I am extremely focused on results, hard working, with good communication skills which enable me to work well with people at all levels. I can work well on my own initiative or as a part of a team and I love finding solutions. I have excellent organisational skills which helps greatly when working to tight deadlines, thanks an excellent timekeeping.
