I am an Oenologist with many years of experience in the wine making and agronomic level. I manage both the agronomic and oenological part of the wineries, optimizing and innovating their production processes, as well as adapting them to the current climate changes. My work consists of: • complete management of the vineyard to obtain grapes in relation to the type of wine to be produced; • complete programming and management of all winemaking processes to produce the desired wine; • management of company personnel both in the field and in the cellar; • knowledge and management of the main laboratory analyzes and all the cellar machinery used for the production phase;
