Developed the crop scouting program still in use today including the soil sampling program and a cost sharing program between growers and land-lords. Increased total agricultural input sales by over 8% including a 13% increase in seed sales. Operated equipment: front end loader, fork lift, Patriot sprayer, tender trucks, bulk seed handling system, and seed treatment system. Resolved issues between the growers and MFA or other representatives that could result in a loss of business. Actively worked with the University of Missouri and the University of Central Missouri to recruit and train summer interns.
