Nr. 2 automatic monoblock900 bottles / h
Production: about 900 bottles per hour with 0.75 liter bottles of product in optimal conditions
Min dosage: 5cc
Max dosage: 40cc
The monoblock combines in a single machine the degorging, dosing, leveling, capping and wire hooding operations suitable for the processing of small / medium productions of classic method sparkling wine.
The first part of the monobloc consists mainly of two turrets, the first of which is rotating
continuous and the second with intermittent rotation
"AROL" SINGLE HEAD CAPPING MACHINE FEATURES:
Suitable for treating caps Ø 28-31 x h.37-50 mm
Stainless steel cap descent channel.
Bottle presence control device, which provides consent for the cap to descend into the
closing head.
Jaws in hardened, ground and polished steel to ensure maximum durability and efficiency; the dowels of
compression are controlled by a hardened steel cam expressly designed to allow a
slow shrinkage of the cork and a rapid introduction into the neck of the bottle; the minimum cylinder of
compression is calibrated to a diameter of 16 mm.
Compressor block can be removed quickly without the use of keys, to allow a quick and
easy maintenance.
Air blowing device inside the standard compressor plugs, to maintain effective cleaning of the
capping head.
Mechanical device for height adjustment of the capping head, to allow the adoption of formats
additional containers.
Bottle lifting piston made of stainless steel, with internal anti-liquid protection, controlled by
cams in hardened steel to guarantee non-deformability.
FEATURES "R&G" SINGLE HEAD SANDING MACHINE:
Single-head wire-hooding head complete with 2 interchangeable feed rods for one capacity
of about 200 wire-hoods each and vending machine.
The cages are removed and inserted inside special masks (housings) of the door disk
cages through nr. 1 magnetic head with intermittent movement.
Disc cage holder made entirely of high-strength steel.
Particularly characterizing is the method used to transfer the wire cage from the disc to the bottle cap,
in that, when the bottle is lifted and introduced into the bonnet head, the wire cage
it is still locked in the disc mask, thus avoiding moments of precarious stability in this phase
delicate processing.
Bottle guide pliers ensures maximum coaxiality between cap and cage, keeping the bottle in place
eyelet riveting phase and ensuring maximum adherence of the latter to the cap.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel approved for food use
The monoblock is a machine designed to be inserted in an automated line of
production
Working cycle:
The first turret performs the degorging operation: equipped with three gripping / closing groups
bottle, during the execution of the working cycle overturns the bottle by about 65 ° and then extracts the cap
crown. Following the extraction of the cap, the bottle, which remains in an inclined position, is closed for
limit the spill of wine. Before the end of the rotation it is brought back to the vertical position in mode
that can be unloaded on the conveyor belt.
The second turret, in the arc of a rotation, performs three operations: the filling, the dosing of the liqueur and
leveling.
The bottle is tilted again for the dosing of the liqueur
The leveling operation takes place after the bottle has been returned to a vertical position.
In the path between the first and second turret, a group is installed that checks for any
presence of the crown cap. The first turret is also equipped with a device for unloading the caps
which are conveyed into a tray (removable to allow periodic emptying) located
inside the base.
