The machine consists of a single base equipped with two turrets, one for capping and one
one of wire-hooding, with height-adjustable plates so as to be able to handle more formats
of bottle.
This monoblock is a versatile solution for those who have to plug with it
machinery both still wines and fermented or sparkling drinks such as sparkling wine,
champagne, prosecco, beer, cider and kombucha; in fact, it is possible to use both cap a
mushroom that the cap flush without requiring any structural modification to the head of the
capper.
The capper is equipped with a manual feeding tube with a capacity of approximately 10 caps *; in
alternatively, it is possible to equip the capping station with a 10 mm mini revolver magazine
tubes with a capacity of 100-120 caps * (* based on the height of the cap used).
The wire-hooding station is suitable for the application of 4-wire wire hoods with and without
cap. The feeding of the cages takes place automatically in the rotating heads
of wire-hooding. At the end of the cycle the bottle will be caged with the riveting
of the buttonhole. The machine comes standard with a single barrel magazine with
capacity of 250 cages or an optional 9-barrel manual revolver magazine from
capacity of 1,000 wire cages.
All the components of the machine can be easily inspected to make them easier
cleaning and maintenance operations ensuring a long life.
