SURFACES FINISHING:

These finishes are guaranteed with adhesive plastic film protection before starting any work.

WELDING:
The welds are carried out with an automatic and manual T.I.G. process. with inert gas protection (Argon)
on both sides of the joint, fully penetrated, pickled and washed Grinding and fine brushing of the natural beads
internal and external. Smoothing of the welds of the plating by cold rolling.

STRUCTURE:
Structure suitable to withstand the nominal capacity with a density of 1.1 kg/dm3 + overpressure according to 6 BAR approval according to 97/23/CE P.E.D. Design and certification in accordance with EN ISO 13445 standards.

COMPONENTS:
