Save brand pasteurizer for working with beer, used in excellent condition.
The system consists of the following parts:
- heat exchanger made up of three sections:
1. in the first section, the product to be pasteurized is pre-heated, recovering the calories of the pasteurized product
2. in the second section, the pasteurization of the product is carried out by circulating, against the current, hot water
3. in the third section the product is cooled by circulating, counter-current, cold water when the flow to the filler stops
The heat exchanger is created using a framework complete with division and end plates connected through two longitudinal members for their sliding and fixed with a series of closing tie rods; the ribbed plate system is made of AISI 316 stainless steel joined together by an EPDM gasket
- 4000 Lt./h progressive cavity pump in 304 stainless steel (variation from 2.2 to 4.5 m3/h)
- n. 1 three-way valve with electro-pneumatic operation, for regulating hot water
- n. 1 electro-pneumatic three-way valve to divert the product flow if the bottling machine were to stop
- n. 1 electro-pneumatic three-way valve, for regulating the bottling temperature
- n. 1 compressed air reduction group
- n. 1 hot H2O circulator
- n. 1 80 liter tank complete with accessories, made of AISI 304 stainless steel for washing the system
- n. 1 thermostat for regulating and recording the pasteurization temperature
- n. 1 thermostat for regulating and recording the bottling temperature
- a series of digital thermometers and locally mounted pressure gauges for system control
- a series of different types of accessories, including valves and taps
- pipes for the circulation of all process fluids, both main and auxiliary, for the internal connection of the equipment supplied
- electrical panel in AISI 304 stainless steel for the command and control of the system itself, equipped with indicator lights, start and stop buttons, control instruments such as regulators and graphic video recorder for electronic acquisition, visualization and analysis , the transmission and archiving of analog and digital input signals, through a multi-channel data recording system with 5.7" color liquid crystal display for the regulation - recording of the pasteurization and bottling temperature
- support frame for the equipment described above in AISI 304 stainless steel
